You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DISTON SPORT within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error. If there is any import duty involved in the return of the product, it will be covered by the sender. Just contact us and we will guide you. If the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will send a replacement product if this is requested, or we will process a refund minus any pre-paid delivery charges and a 15% restocking fee. In case of replacing the returned product, the delivery and custom duty costs, if any, must be covered by the purchaser.

Please note - returns will not be accepted without a prior Agreement.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This period includes the transit time for us to accept your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
